On April 26, 2022, the customer told us that the custom 250m3 collapsible large water tank was received as scheduled, the product passed the inspection and test and is about to be ready for use. They expressed high appreciation for Bancytank, and hope to have the next cooperation as soon as possible. We are very happy and grateful.

This collaboration presented two challenges for Bancytank.

First of all, the customer wants to use the PVC collapsible water tank to store a certain corrosive liquid fertilizer called UAN, which is a mixture of aqueous solutions of ammonium nitrate and carbamide (in a ratio of 35.4% carbamide, 44.3% nitrate, 19.4% water, 0.5% ammonia water). The density of the liquid fertilizer is up to 1.34 kg / m3. We communicated for a long time to confirm whether our PVC material could withstand its corrosiveness. Finally, after research, we believe that Ammonium nitrate is an acidic substance, not too corrosive, urea corrosion is also relatively small. After diluting the water, it's as corrosive as our tanks can handle. Tested by customers so far, apparently, it works well.

Secondly, after comparing the suppliers, the customer chooses samples from three companies. We need to be competitive enough to win the trust of the customer. Finally, from product details to packaging and transportation to price, to service, we have been affirmed by customers in all aspects. We have successfully won the opportunity for long-term cooperation.
