This is the second sample for the customer. On the basis of the first sample, details such as material, size and accessories have been upgraded.

First of all, in terms of materials, the customer's purpose is to store drinking water. Although we have always emphasized that only TPU fabric materials can reach food grade, considering the cost issue, the first sample still chose PVC fabric for ordinary water storage. cloth material. In the subsequent test analysis, it was found that PVC material is not the best option, so this time, TPU material is still selected.

Secondly, in terms of size, the storage capacity has been increased, from the previous 200L to 250L.

The last is the design, because the product is used outdoors, although the conventional pillow type is easy to carry and can be quickly opened for application, but after filling with water, it is not easy to fix during transportation. This time, the design of the D-ring is added, which is convenient for fixing. Improve efficiency.
